WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Material Handler to help support the Operations & Logistics department! This role is responsible for supporting the production team by providing raw materials and shipping product to our 3PL’s.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As our Material Handler 1, you'll provide shipping, receiving, scrap removal, recycling, material handling, and forklift operation services to Production and customers under supervision. You will pickup and load finished outgoing goods onto trailers, complete shipping documentation, schedule pickups, and confirm orders in an integrated computer system to relieve inventory and start the invoice process. You will also receive and verify incoming loads against packing slips, resolve discrepancies, and deliver to the appropriate departments. You will remove raw materials scrapped from the floor, supply Production with empty Gaylords, prepare material for shipment, fill out packing lists, and email copies to recipients. This opportunity also involves supplying the Production floor with raw materials and supplies and tracking inventory on-hand. In addition, you'll recycle cardboard, banding, shrink-wrap, and maintain a clean warehouse.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will report directly to the Operations Supervisor. You will work with the other Material Handlers in the department to ensure production is fully supported and has everything that they need to manufacture product.

Available shifts:

Day 1-Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and every other Monday - 5:30 am - 5:30 pm

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

• 1+ years of shipping and receiving experience within a manufacturing, warehouse, or equivalent environment
• 1+ years experience operating a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Ability to bend and stand during entire shift
• Experience with SAP preferred
• High School diploma or GED
