Job Location: Onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI
Job Salary: Up to $95k + 6% bonus
Requirements: 4+ years of Mechanical Engineering design and development of sheet metal components

We are in need of a talented mid-level Mechanical Design Engineer that has a strong background in the design and development of sheet metal parts. Automation experience is a huge plus!

What You Will Be Doing
- Complete projects from scratch; from initial concept proposals, to design, manufacturing, assembly and delivery.
- Develop Bills of Materials, Drawings, Assemblies, Engineering Specifications, Manuals, Preliminary Time Studies, and Project Timelines.
- Validate designs using DFMEA, analytical methods, GD&T, performance testing, etc.
- Work closely with multiple departments and vendors to advance our proprietary technology
- Oversee the completion of projects from inception to market release

What You Need for this Position
4+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering design focused on the development of sheet metal components:
Bonus Points if you have experience with:
- B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Proficiency with a CAD platform
- Product development
- Sheet Metal
- GD&T
- FMEA
Bonus Points if you have experience with:
- Automation
- Pneumatics integration
- Motors/gearboxes
