QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required.

Flexible work schedule required, will include nights and weekends.

Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a group and be able to adhere to procedures and standards as established

Must be computer proficient and be willing and able to learn and use a proprietary digital asset management system quickly and efficiently
-
Familiarity with digital media asset tools and technologies helpful
-
Excellent language and data entry skills along with an ability to quickly react to new priorities.
-
Must have demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to follow instructions, maintain work and productivity schedules and benchmarks
-
Must be punctual, reliable and committed to adhering to the work schedule provided
-
Requires strong attention to detail

Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and general video editing skills preferred
-
Golf knowledge preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
-
Scene by scene logging of live golf telecasts as assigned
-
Maintain maximum level of accuracy and detail as outlined in logging procedures documentation and complete all required pre and post-logging reports
-
Screen video content to identify persons, places, events and other relevant information as assigned
-
Perform consistent, accurate and complete data entry to time-sensitive video content using various media archive software tools to enter metadata
-
Research information in support of data entry tasks in order to expand on the richness of the metadata (especially when original support data is lacking depth).

Support Media Rights Management Team on various projects including clipping and uploading press conferences and flash interviews as well as editing highlight reels of course beauties and practice rounds for the PGA TOUR Content Hub

Transcribe various shows and interviews for different department and the archive
-
Assist different production departments at PGA TOUR Entertainment helping production team in various video production duties such as pulling shots out of the archive, writing scripts, editing videos and other duties as assigned

Support other Library and Media Asset Management requests as assigned

Special projects or other duties as assigned
