Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant – Full-time, $19–$23 per hour, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00am to 6:15pm. Great opportunity for a recent graduate to break into the allergy specialty!

Required Qualifications of the Medical Assistant

• 1+ year of recent medical assistant experience required
• 3+ years of recent medical assistant experience preferred
• Family Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred
• Medical Assistant diploma or certificate required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant

• Room patients
• Obtain vitals
• Administer injections, blood draws, and medications
• Monitor patient progress
• Cross-train in triage / back office and allergy lab
