Seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to join our fast-growing medical practice. The individual in this role will be responsible for coordinating the administrative elements of patient care, performing numerous clinical and clerical duties, and ensuring accurate record-keeping at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for a Medical Assistant to grow professionally in our healthy and cohesive environment and a strong background in providing quality patient care is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Take vital signs.
• Make copies of medical records.
• Note and document symptoms in patient files.
• Assist patients with transportation issues.
• Gather and organize lab specimens and other patient information.
• Communicate with physicians.
• Assist nurses with procedures.
• Assist the receptionist in answering phones and greeting patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
