We are searching for a medical receptionist with a background in pain and regenerative medicine who has a keen interest in working with a medical team that focuses on treating patients with pain. The candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to accurately answer questions from patients, and have an understanding of medicine and pain management.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to HIPAA Privacy and Security rules.
• Answer phone calls and route calls.
• Answering questions about patient records.
• Take messages and relay them to the appropriate parties, or take messages for the patient.
• Introduce patients and visitors to other staff members.
• Keep visitor log of all persons entering the office.
• Be familiar with all aspects of the medical field, including medical terminology.

Ideal if candidate has ability to room patients and be a scribe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
