We are currently looking for a Part Time Medical Receptionist for a Physical Therapy facility in Garden City.

Hours would be:

Garden City: Monday- Friday 7:45 am - 10 am and shifts available for coverage.

We will also have additional hours in Rockville Centre starting in June/ July.

Must have at least one year of previous medical experience in the PHYSICAL THERAPY field, receptionist, EMR, and/or Insurance authorization/ verification experience.

WEBPT experience is a plus!!!!!

Interviews will be conducted over the next two weeks. There will be an initial interview and a follow up interview (which involves a test) for the hiring process.

Job Responsibilities include:

Being Prompt to work. Scheduling and checking in patients. Sending medical records and preparing charts. Explaining benefits to the patient, Collecting copay's, verifying insurances (on phone and web portals) and requesting for authorizations as well as tracking the authorizations for Physical Therapy.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
