Ashfield Engage has partnered with a Avita Medical, a regenerative medicine company, that is focused on wound care/acute burn care. They are dedicated to bringing innovative products and effective results to physicians and patients. We are creating a dynamic team of Medical Science Liaisons to focus on novel technology, RECELL system medical device to care for burn and wound care patients.

As an integral member of the Medical Affairs team, MSLs support the company, its products and relevant therapeutic areas by advancing scientific and collaborative relationships and acting as a conduit for timely scientific exchange with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, investigators, payors, formulary committees, and similar entities.

What will you be doing?

• Leading efforts in recognizing, identifying, cultivating, and establishing KOL relationships in the wound/burn care community.
• Interpreting pertinent scientific/ clinical data and evaluating current and new information.
• Serving as a resource for education and dissemination of pertinent, clear, and balanced scientific information to internal and external audiences (KOLs, healthcare professionals, investigators, payors, formulary committees, and similar entities)

What do you need for this position?

• Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP), M.D. and PharmD preferred.
• Clinical experience in acute wound care and/or acute burns is required.
• Experience in communications with payors, formulary committees, and similar entities is strongly preferred.
• MSL or Medical Affairs experience is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% within assigned region
• Working knowledge of virtual presentation platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Pay: $175,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
