Responsibilities Include
Participate in all responsibilities listed for Member Support Leads as needed
Overseeing member support representatives performance (metrics/quality/compliance/coaching)
Responsible for the daily schedule of your team to ensure adequate coverage to meet our member’s needs
Reporting performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management
Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
Responsible for reviewing and approving time cards for your team in ProLiant
Work closely with the Director of Member Relations to ensure all training needs of your team are being met
Support recruiting efforts of the member support team through reviewing applications and conducting interviews as needed
Closely monitor the PrizePicks experience email to ensure all members are being addressed in a timely manner
Process member email edit requests in a timely manner
