About the Job

FHR has vacancies for a residential Mental Health Assistant, in this role you will work with a great team of people assisting adults with mental health disabilities learning the skills necessary to live on their own.

Responsibilities

· Assisting individuals pursuing recovery through clearly defined goals

· Utilizing FHR’s PRISM Model

· Managing medication

· Working with individuals to engage in community-based activities

Qualifications

· High School Diploma

· Driver’s License and record in good standing

· Computer literacy and previous documentation experience in a medical record desired.
