Designs, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive program to assess, manage, and improve the coordination, appropriateness, and effectiveness of the Performance Improvement and Quality Assurance programs at the designated locations. Develops and implements effective systems which enable organizational leaders to assess and improve the quality and safety of services they provide.

Education - Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field
Experience - Required:
- 2 years experience in a clinical setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
- Knowledge of CQI/PDCA/Lean/Six Sigma theory and techniques, computer literacy and database/data mining skills.
Licensure - Required:
- Maintain clinical licensure in healthcare field. Upon Hire
Certifications - Required:
- CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality within 2 Years
