Position Title: Mill Facilities Coordinator
Shift/ Schedule: Monday – Friday (8 hour shift), with overtime and flexing as business requires
Your Job
Provide coordination and facilitation of parts, resources and information necessary to safely and efficiently complete facility and grounds maintenance tasks. Also, to provide leadership in the Fire Protection systems of the Loudon mill.

About You
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’re a learner, a natural leader – someone who is always reliable, taking initiative to solve problems, and teaming up with others to make things better for all.
Qualifications / Education / Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Must have demonstrated Problem Solving ability
- Demonstrate self-initiative in learning of systems – critical to become proficient in Mill Facility systems(potable water, sewer, etc.) and Mill Fire systems
- Good organizational skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and personal computer applications impacting maintenance planning functions
- Proficient computer skills ETQ, SharePoint, Outlook, PIMS, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Requires the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must flex schedule to be available for Emergency and Facilities Call-Ins
- Ability to facilitate the work of others
- High level of mechanical aptitude is preferred

Principal Accountabilities:
- Reliability Leader for the Mill Facilities
- Become proficient in the Mill Facilities systems – i.e. mill potable water system, HVAC systems, Main sewer system
- Coordinate all Corrective and Preventive Maintenance activities for Mill Facility and General Plant Assets.
- Coordinate the work of the Cushman Wakefield(CW) team
- Verify CW team has the parts and tools to complete required work
- Position requires on-call 24/7 for responding to mill emergencies involving Facilities equipment/systems
- Working in the SAP system to develop work requests and to convert to work orders with accurate estimate and scope of work
- Maintain accurate master data in SAP including functional location structure, BOM, spare parts
- Work daily with external vendors for facility upkeep – Forklifts, Cranes, Lighting etc.
- Manage annual purchase orders with external vendors
- Coach and mentor mill population in methods and standards for caring for mill assets like docks, doors, fans, fork trucks, equipment, etc.
- Arrange for mill-wide equipment needs for special requirements (lift equipment, rental air compressors, cold-weather needs, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain sufficient amount of diesel fuel for mill use
- Assist in Planning and coordinating mill-wide outages
- Communicate with mill customers as to status of work and estimated time to complete
- Keep track of spending budget for Mill Facility Maintenance
- Lease and manage leased vehicles and equipment
- Fire Chief
COMPENSATION
- This position is considered a Technical Tier 2 role: $35.25/ hour
- K-C Loudon Mill offers an Incentive Pay bonus each quarter
