Our Fleet Maintenance Program has become one of the fastest growing departments within our company. Our Mobile Fleet Technicians team up with some of our largest customers to inspect and repair their fleets to make sure everything is DOT compliant and allow our customers to operate without any complications. The Mobile Fleet Technicians troubleshoot, diagnose, and make repairs to ABS systems, brakes, electrical, suspensions, trailer floors, doors and crossmembers. Not to mention that tire replacement and repairs are one of many things we offer because no one likes to wrestle with those nasty road gators. We at Deaton do all this so that our customers are provided with quality service and products to keep them on the road instead of on the side of it.

Skills Needed:

2+ years of truck or trailer mechanic experience in related field

Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks

Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders

Basic computer skills to submit repairs for billing

Acceptable Driving Record with Valid Driver’s License

Nice to have:

Experience with welding

High School Diploma or equivalent

Have own tools

Class A CDL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
