Mortgage Loan Officer

LBC Mortgage is looking for licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to work remotely or on-site.

• Training provided if you need more experience in Hard money or Conventional/Nonqm loans
• Work from home or in office

We specialize in Non-QM Loans, Hard Money, Conventional, Government loans, Bank Statements, P&L, VOE, DSCR, Foreign Citizen loans and more. Our closing ratio is 99%, if we take a deal we make sure it will be closed on time. We been doing loans for 20 years, we make sure that our loan officers get deals closed!

Currently licensed in CA, FL, TX, WA and NC,

We can do Hard Money loans and DSCR loans nationwide!

Requirements: · Must have an active NMLS license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Self-determined schedule

Pay type: Salary plus Commission pay
