We are looking for a professional Mortgage Sales Manager, who will be responsible for the management and training team of Loan Officers in the North Hollywood Office.

LBC Mortgageis a direct lender and wholesale mortgage broker with over 90 approved lender relationships, currently working in CA, FL, TX, WA, NC. Our sister company LBC Capital manages over 65 mil in private funds for hard money lending.

We have been doing loans for 20 years, we make sure that our loan officers get deals closed!

Sales manager primarily responsible for: recruiting, hiring, training sales team, control team KPI and quality control, help with scripts and sales techniques and make sure sales team exceeds the target goal each month.

• Full-time on-site / remote job opportunity
• Base salary, plus excelent bonus system

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, Non-QM;
• Experience with Hard Money would be a plus;
• NMLS License;
• Lead or supervisory skills;
• Skills in motivation and mentoring;
• Strong communicational and business-relationship skills;
• Ability to attend trainings and meetings;
• Experience in closing mortgage deals;
