Powersport Service Writer

Job Summary

Riva Motorsports Miami is looking for a Powersports Service advisor to join our team. We are an industry leading Motorsports, PWC, UTC, ATV, motorcycle and Boat dealer in Cutler Bay. The Powersports Service advisor will work face to face and over the phone with customers and will report to the Service and General Managers. This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide customers with quotes for service needs
• Verifying warranty coverage
• Estimate prices for customers
• Draft and provide invoices to customers for service needed
• Work with customers regarding service repairs and options
• Work hand in hand with service managers who liaise with service technicians to handle repair work.
• Work closely with Parts and Sales Departments

Qualifications and Skills

Automotive/ Powersports service experience is a plus but not necessary

Must have previous customer service experience

Bilingual-Spanish/English is a plus

Must have good organizational skills

Must have good understanding of Windows, Excel and be able to learn proprietary systems.

Must have good communication and problem solving skills

Be able to multitask in a fast moving environment

Good understanding of mechanical/technical aspects of Powersports products
