Job description

E & T Lawn and Landscape has been serving the Akron/Canton area since 2003. Our company focuses on landscape maintenance such as but not limited to, weekly mowing, mulching installation, Pruning / hedge trimming, leaf removal and snow plowing services.

We're looking for Crew Leaders with at least 2 years of verified mowing experience to join our team! Individual must show a strong work ethic with excellent attitude and attendance. Our ideal Crew Lead must demonstrate leadership and training to other crew members while preforming these main services below:

*Weekly Mowing

*Mulch Installation

*Hedge Trimming & Pruning

*Bed Edging

*Leaf Removal

*Snow Plowing and Salting

The right candidate has the opportunity to work with us year round with a salary. Must have a positive attitude, great attendance, little to no damages, flexible schedule, reliable vehicle with less then 4 points on your license. If this sounds like you then we wanna hear from you!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
