We are looking for a highly motivated RF Antenna technician who’s not afraid of taking on new design challenges in the telecom antenna industry. We assemble, test, and solve small cell and base station antennas for the telecom industry.

We work on a team with Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineers as well as other Antenna Technicians to prototype and test antenna designs for 5G applications

We work with an outstanding antenna engineering team, collaborating on projects to launch the industry’s next generation of wireless antenna technology.

What you will do

• Assemble and test engineering prototype antennas, refining design, and manufacturing parameters
• Run PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to solve and repair antenna prototypes
• Learn from the industry's top antenna engineers and outstanding manufacturing processes in the world’s top production facilities

You will bring

• High school diploma, or equivalent secondary school certificate with 6 years of related technician work experience. Vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience can apply.
• Excitement to perform antenna performance characterization, by conducting electrical tests such as VSWR, Isolation, near and far-field gain measurements, and Passive Intermodulation testing.
• Strong motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools.
• Great communication skills and a desire to work with engineers and technicians in design and manufacturing settings.
• Benefit our team with solid oral and written communication skills.
• Skills and desire to operate basic tools and test equipment such as meters, scopes, and analyzers.
• Perfected soldering skills.
