Solo Endocrinologist with very busy private practice in DeLand, Florida seeking Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant. Office is located in in a developing medical community located 30 minutes from both the coast and downtown Orlando.

Office is fully computerized and currently meets Medicare’s meaningful use in all aspects. Fully integrated EMR with electronic lab orders and results, prescriptions, electronic signatures and patient portal. Comprehensive staffing with multiple providers, diabetes educator, dietitian, and on-site ultrasonography. Office practices generalized endocrinology with a focus on thyroid nodules, with a comprehensive ultrasound and fine needle aspiration program, in addition to a very active integrated weight management program. Active diabetes program with in-house pump training and CGMS. Office is involved in clinical research trials. Teaching opportunities available with medical residents, medical students and physician assistant students rotating through office. Office has significant long-term staffing with employee retention up to 19 years.

This is a 100% endocrinology full time position offers the ability for a flexible schedule to enhance a well balance family-work lifestyle. Hour, salary and benefits negotiable and easily tailored to suit personal goals.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
