AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER / INJECTOR- Coralville, IA

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct good faith exams
• Conduct new patient consults
• Build rapport as you learn about your patient’s goals
• Build trust as you assess your patient and educate them on your treatment plan
• Cross sell services and products that will enhance treatment plan outcomes
• Convert patient consults to service contracts
• Build patient satisfaction as you execute your treatment plan with high quality results
• Develop a loyal patient base as you always provide an exceptional patient experience
• Accurate charting using Nextech EMR
• Work with a full complement of injectable products
• Adhere to standards of practice set forth by the Medical Director and state law
• Maintain ongoing education to stay current with new products, techniques, and industry trends

• Has an outgoing, warm, and positive demeaner
• Is decisive and able to independently develop treatment plans within established standards of care
• Has superior communication skills for patient education, cross-selling, and conflict resolution
• Is adaptable and can work independently and as a team member
• Has excellent time management skills to keep pace with a dynamic, often fast paced environment

Qualifications:

• Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (Adult) Injector
• Current license in good standing

Compensation:

• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
• Full benefits including health, dental, and 401K

Hours:

Must be able to work 40 hors with in the hours of operation:

• M, T, W, T, F: 9:00-7:00 Saturday + Sunday: 10:00-4:00
