Nursing Recruitment Lead & Deputy Manager (Grade VI)
The Nursing Recruitment Lead will be responsible for the delivery of all nursing recruitment activities to a number of Directorates and / or Departments as assigned within the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital. The Nursing Recruitment Lead will drive the successful identification and acquisition of the highest quality candidates to deliver front-line services of high quality care in line with the requirements of the hospital.
This role will be Mon-Fri, 35 hours per week. This role is in-office, with the possibility to work 1-2 days at home per week after the training period.
