What is it you would do? - That is a great question. We are looking for a dynamic team player who loves sales, has great phone skills and loves the thrill of the hunt. Are you someone who loves connecting and changing peoples lives?
Can you manage and understand a CRM? Do you like setting big goals, hitting them and getting rewarded? Do you like closing sales and seeing your hard work pay off?
We are looking for someone who has a sales background, knows the grind, loves the phone and wants to chase after BIG GOALS.

Profile Plan Nutrition + Wellness aims to change lives, one relationship at a time.
Profile provides one-on-one coaching focused on nutrition, activity, and lifestyle to help our members to lose weight and keep it off. Profile’s plan was developed by scientists, researchers, and physicians at Sanford Health to help take the guesswork out of healthy lifestyle change. The result is sustainable weight management experience, often but not required to begin with weight loss. The program is research-based and evidence-backed, utilized a phased approach to behavior change that is specifically designed for long-term sustainability for a diverse population.
Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 2-years prior experience with wellness, fitness, and/or nutrition programs preferred
- 4+ years in sales strongly preferred
- Strong Phone Skills
- Strong belief and value in Hospitality
- Strong work ethic along with professional and empathetic demeanor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, phone manners, consistent follow-ups
- Computer skills and proficiency with technology to include use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web navigation, apple products, CRM and other computer programs. Additionally, the Profile Coach will operate Point of Sale, member management, and phone systems.
Additional Requirements
- Achieve and maintain Profile Coach Certification. (paid by company)
- Travel may be required to achieve initial certification
- Travel may be required to participate in events, presentations and other job specific duties as requested.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour
