Occupational Therapist
Part-time – Inpatient Acute Care Rehab
Position Summary:
Responsible for evaluating, planning and providing Occupational Therapy treatment to Hospital inpatients
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provides Occupational Therapy evaluations including appropriateness of OT intervention, establishing the problem list, treatment plan of care, frequency and duration of treatment, and goals of OT treatment.
- Administers Occupational Therapy treatment consistent with the plan of care.
- Re-evaluates, revises, or terminates treatment plan and goals as necessary.
- Documents treatment provided appropriately in medical record in accordance with department policies.
- Coordinates with other disciplines for effective treatment including Case Management and discharge planning.
Required:
- Current Occupational Therapy license to practice in the state of Michigan
- BLS card

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
