What we need:

We are looking for an energetic, positive, eager to learn, customer service focused individual to perform administrative duties and support to both our staff and customers from within our office.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and redirecting if needed

• Maintains AP/AR

• Dispatching

• Account management

• Entering checks and conducting deposit drop offs at the bank

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with reasonably clean record

• Complete a background check and drug screen upon hire

• Proficient with MS Office

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently
