Job description

Marin County real estate litigation and estate planning law firm is seeking a part-time office administrator to help organize and support its growing firm. This position will be responsible for office administration, administrative duties and assist with AP processing.

Job Duties and Expectations:

· Responsible for performing diverse administrative support.

· Enter data into databases and spreadsheets for the purpose of financial tracking and accounting.

· Assistance to legal team as needed.

· Perform office management duties that include ordering supplies, shipping, reviewing, distributing and scanning as appropriate incoming mail.

· Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines and work well under pressure.

· Demonstrates ability to maintain detail and ensure accuracy.

· Must be organized, detail-oriented, proficient with computers, flexible, and can learn quickly.

· Handle firm payroll, benefits and miscellaneous annual deadlines.

Experience:

· Prefer 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

· Understanding of Clio, Quickbooks, Payroll and Legal Trust Account.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within strict timelines/deadlines.

· Strong analytical mind, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

· Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.

· Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets.
