We are seeking a positive, dedicated, and disciplined professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer service requests, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and creating an optimal sales experience. The ideal candidate will also excel at providing excellent customer service support via phone and email.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to speak well on the phone and in video calls.
• Have good customer service skills.
• Be able to maintain relationships with current customers.
• Be comfortable with low-level and administrative work.
• Be organized with documentation and emails.
• Be able to multi-task
• Be able to work well with other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
