JOB SUMMARY

The Office Assistant/Coordinator actively performs various administrative activities related to front office administrative duties. The Office Assistant/Coordinator primarily answers & triages telephone calls, maintains associates/client records and coordinates general front office administrative duties. In addition, the Office Assistant/Coordinator will assist with recruiting human resources administrative duties assigned by management, address client / caregiver schedule communication and other front office administrative functions.

Essential Functions

  • Answers telephone, directs/triage calls appropriately and takes messages using good telephone technique.
  • Greets and assists everyone who comes into the office in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Client and Caregiver filing per company policy and procedure
  • Assists with setting appointments for new applicants and explains the initial application process.
  • Assists with recruiting administrative duties, i.e., applicant phone calls, confirm interviews and orientation schedule, ATS documentation, applicant interview initial set-up upon arrival, and new hire paperwork.
  • Assists Office Staff with record keeping accuracy.
  • Verifies valid licenses and certifications with appropriate licensing body.
  • Prepares new hire packets, new client homecare record books, and client information packets.
  • Assists with new employee training administrative duties when appropriate
  • Support Operations and Owner’s other administrative functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
