Fire N’ Stone in Tilton is seeking an experienced Office Assistant and Service Scheduler.

We are a fireplace showroom and chimney service business located in Tilton. We have been in business for 14 years and are the premier choice for all chimney and fireplace needs in the Lakes Region and throughout New Hampshire.

The ideal candidate will be high energy and be willing to learn our trade.

You must have a good personality and be able to communicate with clients both in the store and on the phone.

Experience working in dispatch, scheduling, and high volume calls preferred.

Attention to detail and pride in your work a must.

This position requires someone who is highly proficient in computers and learning new programs.

Experience working in the chimney or heating industry would be excellent but is not required.

DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

1) Assisting customers in our store/showroom

2) Collecting and filing customer contracts

3) High work flow volume during peak season

4) Data entry

5) Scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and taking payments.
