About the Opportunity
This is a newly created position! You will work onsite at the Romulus location 20-30 hours. You can set the schedule that works for you with hours ranging between 7 am-5 pm!

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee and manage the Contract Review processEnsure all contracts, insurance, releases, etc. are executed and in place

Execute close-out procedures and documentation
Maintain all files, electronically and physically

• Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable, ensuring all invoicing is timely and accurateReview the construction schedule documents and determine what to invoice

Scan work ticket/receipt information into the billing system
Generate and enter invoices through Quickbooks
Follow up on past-due invoices

• Process timesheets through Quickbooks

About You:

• Extremely strong Quickbooks skills, to include:Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable
Timekeeping

• Strong Excel and Word skills
• Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
• Self-directed
• Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent, Bachelors preferred

Preferred:

• Experience in the Construction industry working with forms such as AIA, MUST, etc.
• Notary and/or CPA

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Romulus, MI 48174: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
