Serenity Hospice Care is looking for an organized and resourceful Office Manager to join our team! This position will be responsible for overseeing all functions of the office as well as auditing interdepartmentally to ensure accurate and timely completion. The Office Manager will be responsible for employee engagement as well as serve as an important member of the administrative team.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting devices (printers, copiers, beverage coolers).
- Managing vendor relationships and being the point person.
- Oversee ordering of supplies (cleaning, kitchen, office).
- Audits departments for accuracy of reporting and completion of tasks.
- Reports any issues to HR & Administrator.
- Manages staff assigned, providing feedback and tools for success.
- Serves as the liaison between office staff and interdisciplinary team.
- Meet with office staff to discuss issues, promote engagement, etc.
- Run meetings with departments to discuss ongoing issues, policy changes, etc.
- Enforce office policies and offer guidance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing an office a PLUS!
- Previous experience auditing interdepartmentally a PLUS!
- Bachelors degree preferred, Associates required.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Highly proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
- Highly proficient with technology (printers, computers, etc)
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Organized and self motivated.

Monday - Friday Work Schedule (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Vendor management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Office management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hospice & palliative medicine: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
