Job description

Must be willing to Train in Lake Forest, CA and work in multiple locations such as Los Angeles, San Diego, Bakersfield, Barstow, Arizona, and Nevada on projects that can range from 1 week to 1 year. Must be ok with traveling. This is Permanent for the right person. Lots of room for growth.

If a job is away you will be compensated with per diem.

This is for a position in the construction/refinery you do not need to have Refinery experience however you must have a Payroll or Accounting background and be proficient using Excel (formulas & Pivot Tables is a must!)

Receive and enter Timesheets from jobsite.

Review time sheets and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.

Resolve all payroll discrepancies with jobsites.

Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of constituencies in a diverse community

Utilize Track Software to enter Time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
