Job Description

We’re looking for a part-time On-Call Guest Services Associate. The functions of this position will include being available during scheduled on-call shift hours to quickly respond to guest inquiries. Reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to guest inquiries through several platforms including Hostaway & Airbnb. Accurately tracking guest service issues, reporting them to the appropriate manager, and providing follow up communications after each shift to ensure that guest needs are met and issues are resolved.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answer guest inquiries through the Hostaway and Airbnb platforms in a timely manner
• Report maintenance issues to the Vacation Rental Manager (VRM)
• Report property supply needs to VRM
• Prepare and submit end of shift reports via Slack at the end of each shift

Job requirements:

• Flexible availability (including weekends, evenings and holidays)
• Must be available to work on-call shifts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service and problem solving skills
• Ability to coordinate work efficiently and set priorities
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Compensation

• $20-25/hr depending on experience
