In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Onsite HEDIS Engagement Coach.

Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

• Review medical charts in the EMR system for compliance with clinical quality measures for various quality programs such as HEDIS and UDS.
• Responsible for educating Care Teams on clinical quality measures.
• Showcase the essential skills listed below:
  • Strong clinical quality measure knowledge
  • Clinical chart auditing
  • Clinical quality measure coding
  • Advance knowledge of Excel
• Monitor and trend clinical quality measure compliance.
• Support the Clinical Care teams and help to ensure patients are receiving the best quality of care!
• Hybrid (Onsite/Remote)

What you need to bring to this role:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One of the following required:
  • Certified/Registered Medical Assistant with 5+ years clinical experience
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 3+ years clinical experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 3+ years clinical experience
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field with 5+ years quality auditing/improvement experience
  • 1+ years' experience with quality auditing/improvement activities required (3+ preferred)
• If clinically licensed - Licensed RN/LPN in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing required or current Certified/Registered Medical Assistant
• 2+ years' experience using an electronic health record (EHR) software system required (Athena, NextGen and/or eCW experience a plus)
• Working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required
• Valid driver license required with the ability to move between sites as needed (with mileage reimbursement)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers in stressful situations
• Tech savviness and comfortable with technology
• Polished in both personal appearance and interactions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
• Detail oriented with an organized mind-set
• Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
