The Lifestyle Attendant responsible for greeting all visitors and assisting with residents’ questions/concerns, general admin, orientating new residents, facility checks and lifestyle/social planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting residents and guests as they enter, checking ID cards,
- inputting all required paperwork into the computer system, assisting with event set ups, respond promptly to communications and follow through on commitments made to others.
- Monitor facilities and report any areas of concern to management.
- Show courtesy and respect to all customers and listen openly to the ideas of others.
- Respond calmly and tactfully to problem situations and discuss concerns in a constructive manner with persons who need to be involved.
- Answer questions about the Lifestyles program and recommend events, shows and functions for residents to attend.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service when communicating with other departments, residents, guests and vendors.
- Maintaining a safe and friendly environment for residents, guests, and fellow staff members.
- Work as a team with the Lifestyles Department to create a fun and exciting program for residents and their guests.
- Assistance in room set up for their events and assist when facilities are being used.
- Light janitorial duties, including stocking restroom facilities, cleaning glass, fitness equipment and trash collection.
- Notify the proper department and the Management Team of any areas that need attention.
- Understand emergency preparedness and respond appropriately to all emergency situations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits:
$16.00, depending on education and experience.
