Here at Osborne, we are currently seeking an Operations Co-Ordinator based in Sandyford. The successful candidate willwork on daily operational activities and projects across multiple healthcare facilities.

This role is extremely varied and day to day workloads and projects will vary considerably over the course of the term. The role will allow exposure to many aspects of the business and encourage personal development.

This role will be based in Sandyford but will have responsibility across multiple sites, so it is essential that applicants possess a full valid driving license and have access to their own transport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely under the direction of the Operations Manager & Management Team to provide support of business development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and communications support within the team
  • Identify and diligently manage operational issues and risks between multiple healthcare facilities.
  • Assist with the overall administration function of the Group including office maintenance, and facilities matters.
  • Assist with ongoing Quality Assurance programmes and accreditations across multiple facilities.
  • Carry out ad hoc support and projects with existing businesses.
  • Organise meetings which will include informing people, preparing and circulating agenda and other relevant documentations well as arranging venues and catering
  • To attend meetings, take and prepare minutes as required
  • Liaise with other departments and outside agencies where applicable
  • Where required, manage day -to- day running of the office (stationary, filing, shared drives, conference rooms etc.)
  • Update all business plans and project dashboards, detailed and high-level plans, resource plans, closure and benefits realisation reports as required.
  • Support and deliver the collection and maintenance of records of the Business Unit’s activity, with a particular emphasis on ensuring all activity is captured accurately and in a timely fashion on the CRM system.

Requirements and Attributes

  • Previous experience in project management, office admin support or facilities/ operations support will be a distinct advantage.
  • Candidates possessing experience and knowledge of Healthcare Services will have a distinct advantage in their applications.
  • High energy, team player with record of meeting individual goals and company objectives.
  • Excellent computer skills are essential (Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Good time management and the ability to priorities tasks
  • The successful candidate will have experience and excel in operating in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are essential for success
