A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OPERATIONS MANAGER
nAs an Operations Manager, you coordinate our company's various operations so that we hit our financial targets, keep customer satisfaction high, and bring employee welfare to an industry-leading level. In this role, you communicate directly with our field technicians and salespeople to manage schedules, track progress, and ensure everyone is performing their jobs fully, safely, and accurately. As needed, you hold meetings and training in order to help you and your team reach and exceed their goals. You ensure our employees are capable and knowledgeable so that our customers are always happy with our work. As needed, you go out to the field to help with jobs and to get direct feedback from the customers.
nIn addition to managing our current operations, you also coordinate with company leaders to maintain and improve organization processes or standard operating procedures (SOP), as well as make recommendations on solutions to process improvements. When you say something will be done, you follow through and ensure the task is complete. As new tasks come your way, you are eager to meet the challenge. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OPERATIONS MANAGER

- 5+ years of general manager experience OR 2+ years of experience in the chimney industry AND 2+ years of management experience n
- Valid driver's license n
- Clean driving record n
- Experience with Microsoft Office n
