Four Corners Property Management is seeking a career minded, experienced Property Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Four corners is a local company that manages approximately 300 doors in Lincoln, NE. We offer plenty of opportunity to enhance your career and skills, and promote a relaxed working atmosphere!
Skills:
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Leadership, communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations
- Experience with office management software (Appfolio, Word, Excel, Google Drive)
- Property management experience (preferred but not required)
- Manager experience (required)
- Self driven, dependable, problem solver and hard-working
Responsibilities:
- Supervise leasing, office and maintenance staff
- Communicate with residents, prospects, local representatives, co-workers and property owners
- Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, collecting rents, enforcing leases, and securing premises
- Routinely inspect units and buildings
- Project management including scheduling and monitoring renovations, work order requests, and vendor and contractor communication
- Monitoring snow removal and lawn care services
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
- Plan and implement various resident retention programs
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all local ordinances and safety requirements
- Regularly offer new ideas and ways to help the company keep growing
- Occasional checking in with maintenance on weekends if there is an emergency (rare)
