Position Summary:
The Operations Team Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and directing team efforts in support of driving overall operational results, controls, and measurements to maximize productivity, and patient satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Trains, leads, motivates to ensure that performance, production, and quality targets are met or exceeded consistently.
Identifies potential problems and opportunities for patient care by resolving and/or escalating major issues and service failures that impede daily operations and patient satisfaction.
Understands follows and enforces all federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.
Coordinate and direct daily operations huddles with oversight from the Operations Director.
Supports all other special assignments as directed by the Site Operations Director.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Provides indirect supervision for up to 20 team members
May be required to travel to other locations as needed
Compensation range: $23/hr
