Job Title: Order Manager/Drop Shipper

Job Description:

We are a growing e-commerce small business looking for an experienced Logistics/Drop Ship Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in order fulfillment, drop shipping, and using ShipStation along with other warehouse management systems. This is a full-time, permanent, at-desk in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers Work closely with suppliers to process dropship orders and ensure seamless integration with ShipStation
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking when necessary Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth order processing and efficient communication
• Optimize shipping processes to reduce shipping times and costs
• Use ShipStation and other warehouse management systems to manage warehouse activities such as receiving, inventory management, picking, and packing
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize warehouse performance
• Follow defined daily workflows to ensure all orders are fulfilled and no tasks are left incomplete Work with customer service team to resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, drop shipping, and warehouse management
• Experience using ShipStation and other warehouse management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
