The Role
Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) plays a pivotal role in the overall success of PM Group’s business, and is a key aspect of the service level that we offer to our clients.

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join PM Group’s OTS Department based in our Dublin office. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring experienced and specialist contract resources for our client sites throughout Ireland.
We are looking for an individual with high energy and passion, to assist with the continued success of this key business unit within our organisation.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Working with clients stakeholders to define their resource requirements- Sourcing and selecting technical staff including short listing, interviewing and recommending same to clients stakeholders
- Identifying pro-active methods of recruitment to attract new talent e.g. through existing candidate referrals, social media and networking channels
- Collaborating with client stakeholders for effective execution of requirements
- Maintaining recruitment systems on a daily basis so as to ensure information is kept up-to-date.
- Identifying and continuously looking for new ways to improve the service to the client
- Always looking to develop a pipeline of talent to support future growth and to bring a more strategic focus to recruitment in general
- Conducting on site visits/meetings with both PM Group personal and client stakeholders to develop business and strengthen existing relationships
- Managing and negotiating existing and new commercials with clients and candidates
- Ensure timely turnaround times to meet client requirements, whilst at the same time maintaining a first class high quality service
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience with good understanding of the various Engineering disciplines within the Pharma, Medical Tech, IT, Construction and Energy/Oil&Gas sectors- Professional qualification in Engineering, Science, Construction Technologies or Business
- Have good account management, business development and commercial experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
