The responsibilities of an Outbound Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients, and educate others into purchasing our products. An outbound sales representative focuses on securing sales by reaching out to clients through calls, correspondence, or face-to-face interactions. They primarily offer products and services, assisting customers every step of the way to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilties
- Be knowledgeable about the product.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Answer questions about the products.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
- Ownership of outbound follow up calls.
- Ability to cross-sell into available lines of credit.
- Establish and build a strong working relationship with Division leaders and Branch Managers
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales summary reports to document activity and ensure all appropriate tracking is in place to produce accurate reporting.
Job Qualifications
- Electrical, HVAC or plumbing experience preferred.
- Franchise and/or home service marketing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking setup.
- Proven sales role success and experience in cross selling.
This is a remote position. Minimal travel may be required.
