Job Title: Outdoor Living Sales

Department: Outdoor Living

Overview: This job requires a detailed team member who can sell large ticket items such as grills and outdoor furniture. The job also requires a friendly and patient team member that enjoys people and serving guests by helping them purchase the right product for their needs.

Essential Duties:
Assists guests with questions and orders regarding outdoor living and grill area products - including brands such as Weber, Big Green Egg, and Traeger.
Helps assemble grills and/or furniture as needed.
Stocks shelves from incoming shipments - particularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays with our main supplier Do it Best.
Regularly puts away overstock from the department floor and from the lower warehouse area.
Learns and understands about the products in the department in order to best serve our guests.

Job Particulars
Part-time averaging 15-25 hours.
Seasonal - department needs will be reevaluated in August and hours adjusted accordingly.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs. continuously.
Must be able and willing to climb up on an 8’ ladder.

Education and Experience
Retail sales a must - high ticket experience sales a plus.
Enjoys serving customers.
Able to take on tasks by themselves.
