Congratulations on completing your master’s degree and clinical training! Are you looking to take the next step in your career as a therapist? We are actively seeking LGSW therapists to join our outpatient clinics located in Arden Hills and in Woodbury, MN. Therapist positions include child therapists, adolescent therapists, family therapists, and adult therapists.

At our clinics, we prioritize consultation to foster connection with colleagues by offering several in-clinic and video consultation groups each month. We have an incredible administrative support team to help our providers focus on providing excellent patient care. We also cover your licensing dues.

We also have several providers who can offer support, consultation, and training in a number of clinical areas, including trans and gender diverse therapy, letter writing, PCIT, Play therapy, EMDR, AIR Network, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.

Required Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Provisionally licensed in the state of Minnesota to practice under supervision of an independently licensed professional.
• Licensed as a Graduate Social Worker (LGSW).
• Clinical experience should reflect background working with a broad spectrum of patients and populations.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
