Commercial Sales Representative
We are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and driven person to become a sales leader within the painting community!
Who are we?
We are a local painting company specific to the Southern portion of Wisconsin and Rockford, Illinois. With over 14 years of continued success, we are looking to add a valuable member to our Madison team to help us achieve our goal of painting every home and business in Southern Wisconsin! Each of our 30+ staff members and 100+ painters contributes to our continued pursuit of building a fun and inviting workplace while consistently delivering extraordinary experiences to our customers!
Specifics of the role:
As a part of our team, and unique to your role, your time will be spent in the field, generating new and unique business opportunities within Madison and the surrounding communities. Like to socialize? No problem, as a significant function of this position will be to organize and run social events for your new and existing clients. This is not a sit-in-a-cubicle job. You will be out in the community establishing and maintaining relationships! Estimating projects is also a responsibility of the role, however, experience is NOT a must as we have a well-established training program.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain an effective and ever-growing client database by breaking into new business verticals to drive new business.
- Estimation of new projects.
- Deliver and/or present each project to the client.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth production process.
- Coordinate and facilitate social functions for your client base.
- Customers follow-ups
Requirements:
- Have an enthusiasm for sales.
- Painting experience is not required but preferred
- Multiple years in the general sales industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional demeanor and presentation
