Compensation:$85,000 - $125,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:- Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close

- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills

- Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
