B2B Business Development Representative (Entry Level)
American Sheet Metal prides itself on customer service, attention to detail, and responsiveness. Centrally located in Southern California, we are a full-service fabrication facility with over 300 customers ranging from Infrastructure, Industrial Machinery, to Pharmaceuticals. We design, create and fabricate metal components for projects and industries in and beyond California. Unlimited Commission, plus mileage!
WHO WE NEED: We're currently looking for an Entry Level Business Development Representatives to join our high-performing sales team and provide our customers with quality service. If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect new business opportunities through door to door sales, cold-calling, outreaches, social media and networking.
- Collate and maintain customer information in Salesmate.
- Qualify generated outbound leads for designated territory.
- Partner with sales managers around strategy, closing leads and customer relationships.
- Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new customers.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and customers.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
