Superior Delivery Inc. (Contracted with FedEx Ground and Home Delivery)

Superior Delivery Inc has been contracted with FedEx for over 15 years. We service the majority of NE Minnesota, Iron Range, Duluth/Superior, and NW Wisconsin. We pride ourselves in providing the best service possible for our employees, FedEx and our customers. We are in search of motivated, reliable, and professional individuals that are capable in performing the duties listed below.

Job Summary-

• Routes average 50-55 hours per week.
• Overtime available as there is a need.
• We run routes 6 days a week, drivers will be assigned a 5-day work week, Saturdays will be required.
• Part-Time shifts are also available. (Please note that our "part-time" shifts are still considered a full day's shift. "Part-time" is working less than 5 days a week
• Routes ranging from 70 - 150+ stops per day depending on area.
• Routes ranging from 50 - 300+ miles per day depending on area.
• Home every night.

*3% IRA match retirement plan (after respective probationary enrollment period)

*Health and dental insurance and HSA benefits available (after respective probationary period for full-time employees)

*$2,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of FT employment (reporting in for all scheduled shifts, no accidents, no complaints from customers, an employee in overall good standing)

• Paid time off and holiday pay after 1 year of employment (for full-time employees)
• Must be committed to safe driving practices.
• Must be able to lift 70 LBS. Hand carts provided for heavier packages.
• Max package weight 150 LBS.
• Must be able to commit to scheduled pick up windows.

Requirements-

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Class D license.
• 1 year with in the last 3 years of verifiable driving experience preferred but not required. (i.e. Taxi, pizza/food delivery, parts delivery, client/resident transportation)
• Must pass a drug screening and a criminal background check. (All applicants must be clear of any prior drug/alcohol/criminal offenses on their records)
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
• No more than 2 moving violations with in past year.'
