Carlin Combustion Technology, Inc. a division of Cowles Operating Company is currently seeking Paint Room Associate in our North Haven facility.

Summary/Objective:
Sprays surfaces of machines, manufactured products, or working area with protective or decorative material such as paint, enamel, glaze, gel-coat, or lacquer by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Paint and label all tubes and baseplates for production.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the paint room, and dispose of paint waste properly.
• Oversee the proper chemical balance of the paint wash tanks.
• Prep any parts that need to be masked for painting.
• Maintain the paint line conveyor and paint hooks.
• Shuttle painted inventory to the correct locations for production.
• Maintain an inventory count of painted parts.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:
1- 2 Years experience is preferred.
