Munson Home Health, in beautiful Traverse City, MI, is seeking a BE/BC Certified Hospice and Palliative Medicine physician to join our robust, comprehensive, multidisciplinary palliative care team. Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship preferred. • Work with a palliative care team that is rapidly growing with both in-patient palliative care consult service at Munson Medical Center, and outpatient palliative care clinic services. • Work a full-time, 7-on and 7-off schedule with excellent work-life balance • Work in partnership with a fellowship-trained, board certified hospice and palliative medicine physician • Work with a motivated and collegial multidisciplinary Palliative Care team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, a physician assistant, and a dedicated social worker and psychotherapist. • Work with a fast growing palliative care team that is expanding services including consultative visits.
