Essential Duties
- Supervise students.
- Under the direction of professional staff work with students individually or in group settings.
- Other duties as assigned.
PREPARATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
- Two year post secondary education or Paraeducator certificate or qualifying score on NCRC assessment test required.
- Willingness to assume responsibility.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Flexibility in working with classroom teachers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Enjoy working with young people.
- Ability to effectively supervise students while maintaining a positive
- relationship with them.
- Regular attendance
